MERRY CHRISTMAS California Working Girl 12-12-12

Now most of you probably know by now that I am a Hockey Mom who loves Facebook/Pinterest and Blogging! So I thought I would take my DIY a little Christmas Fun! So In the Spirit of Hockey I put together this Custom DIY Hockey Stick Tree which was not very hard to do. We have a Garage FULL of hockey sticks! I included some sentimental ornaments that we hang every year, TWINKLE LIGHTS and pucks for the Tree Skirt (: My husband insist on getting the pucks back and I find another Tree Skirt,  as well as one of the Hockey Sticks that belong to my daughter Tara. The kids actually really love it so our Tree is a Hit! I am pretty sure this will be our New Family ritual from now on starting on the 12 Days of Christmas. I will be posting our Christmas Photo's by the Hockey Tree this year for sure! I would also like to say to all of you who support CWGirl THANKYOU! Our numbers are growing on all our sister pages and it is clearly because of YOU! Working Girl USA will soon give you a larger Voice in which to share your Business and Passions! I can remember the first day I took my son to Christ Lutheran Pre-School and had the honor to meet Mrs. Connie Wilson. This was the day my son became a Blue Star!  As a new parent I was absorbed in watching how Mrs. Wilson connected with all the new little faces and how all the little children just simply were drawn to her presence and contagious smile! I was fortunate to have been so blessed that both of my oldest, now 20 and 23 had this opportunity to have such a amazing Pre-School Teacher. One of the many blessings as a young parent I had ever dreamed and hoped for my children to have... a wonderful school experience in their early years of Pre-School. To this very day my children have never forgotten Mrs. Wilson. The happiest love filled Birthday Celebration's (Connie I Saved our Birthday Hat's by the way! ) her kindness and understanding to what a Child is really all about and more. Connie Wilson has been a Pre-School Teacher for 28 years plus!  
Connie was voted Teacher of the Year in 2006! Connie is a Wife and loving Mother of 3 AMAZING Children of her own and 6 Grandchildren she ADORES! Connie was also very excited this past year about one of her own son's accomplishments and had a chance to share with all of us his amazing talent when his company won the SuperBowl Commercial of the Year!

ERIN TAYLOR California Working Girl of the Week!

Erin Taylor business owner of Events Taylor Made and Founder of Angel Brides is a CALIFORNIA WORKING GIRL and has been sharing her passion and love for the Wedding and Event Industry for over 29 years young! Erin is a Southern California native and has four beautiful daughters one who will be walking down the Isle this year! Angel Brides and her Fairy Godmother's Closet began shortly after meeting a very savvy creative girl Kerry Coryell AKA The Craigslist Bride from Laguna Niguel, CA. who had only dreamed of her dream wedding only to put it off for many years due to financial pressure and caring for mother who sadly passed away, as well as caring for a small family Kerry's dreams were only going further away from ever happening. Kerry's wedding made news all over the World due to her Creative Bartering and what a beautiful and Gracious Angel Bride she was at that!

Erin quickly realized that she had to find a way to help her all her Angel Brides wedding dream come true and with donations from many wonderful wedding vendors and friends and the endless hours scouring Craigslist for items she could share with her Angel Bride she opened The Fairy Godmother's Closet to help all future Angel Brides in need.
